Claude Dir

Cloud Musk
Born and raised in France, Claude moved to Grasse as a child. After the school day ended, he not only worked harvesting roses and jasmine but practiced making his own blends at home.
Upon completion of his university studies, Claude joined MANE as a chemist. In 1994, he joined Quest as Vice President of Fine Fragrance and Executive Perfumer. Today, Claude has come full-circle in his career, now reunited with his old friends at MANE’s New York Creative Center. Claude is continuously inspired to capture emotions through the art of perfumery.
Patricia Choux
MIX:BAR Creation:
Vanilla Bourbon, Tangerine Squeeze, Coconut Palm
Born in the heart of French wine country, Patricia has spent her whole life immersed in fragrance, flavors, and flowers.
Trained professionally as chemist, she was delighted to discover the path to professional perfumery. Patricia's creativity as a perfumer is brought on by painting, running, scuba diving, and her travels around the world—particularly her raegular trips back to the France countryside.
Gino Percontino

Blackberry Tonic
Gino was studying chemistry, with plans to become a doctor, when he took a job as a lab technician in a fragrance lab. He bonded with a senior perfumer who nurtured his interest in aroma chemicals, bringing out his creative talents.
Gino describes his fragrance style as minimalist, with a passion for dramatic contrasts. He sneaks a little of his signature favorite ingredient into almost everything he creates. He is inspired by the rich culture of Italy (where his family is from).
Vince Kuczinki

Wood Elixir, Glass Rose
Vince came of age in a chemistry lab, where his first job as a lab tech ignited his fascination with the magic of perfumery. He sees it as a dynamic balance of art and science—a balance that is always moving, changing, evolving. For inspiration, Vince turns to music, from Bach, Mozart and Beethoven straight through to the Beatles and Pearl Jam.
Our resident expert on the orchid family, Vince loves orchids for their dazzling variety of inspirational colors, as well as for the breadth and depth of olfactive experience that orchids can convey.
